The funding is provided through a cooperative agreement between Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific) and the Hawaiʻi Department of Land and Natural Resources’ (DLNR), Division of Forestry and Wildlife (DOFAW).&lt;br /&gt;
