MWR Guest Pass Program

The Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Guest Card Program at PMRF allows card-holding civilians to access PMRF through the main gate, travel unrestricted to Majors Bay or Shenanigans, use Majors Bay and Shenanigans facilities, and access beach areas. MWR Guest Card holders enjoy main gate access 365 days per year (unless heightened Force Protection Conditions are in effect) between the hours of 0500 and 2200.

The card authorizes the holder entry into PMRF for recreational purposes only. Guest Card holders are allowed access to federal property because they are credentialed prior to card issuance.

Individuals requesting a Guest Card can either visit the PMRF Pass and ID Office (located at the Main Gate Entrance) for an application and submit the form and a $25 background investigation fee, or print and complete the form below and mail it in with payment to the address specified on the form. Once the background investigation is complete, and the individual is cleared, cards are issued that are valid for one year.
