The Community Events Board (CEB) is a committee chaired by the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) Chief Staff Officer (CSO) or Deputy Chief Staff Officer (DCSO) that provides adjudication on community requests to conduct events on JBPHH that will benefit the installation and its members/families. DoD Civilian Retiree ID Cards will be completely phased out and replaced by DBIDS cards no later than August 31. JB PHH issued Civilian Retiree DBIDS cards will provide access to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam and associated annexes only. The DBIDS card will not work at any other installations.
