2023 Administrative Consent Order (ACO) - Section 2.3 Community Representation Initiative
Section 2.3 of the 2023 Consent Order calls for the establishment of a Community Representation Initiative (CRI) to increase the general public’s involvement in activities related to the closure of the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF) fuel tanks as well as maintaining the safety of the drinking water in the Navy’s water system.
The primary objective of the CRI is to enable a self-selected group of individuals to represent the interests of the community to the Department of the Navy (DON), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and other participating federal, state, and local agencies.
Additional Information about the Community Representation Initiative (CRI) can be found by clicking here.
