2026 Navy League Sea Service Awards

The Navy League of the United States Honolulu Council is seeking nominations for the 2026 annual Navy League Sea Service awards. Fifty outstanding men and women (O1-O3 and E3-E6) of the three sea services will be honored for exemplary performance in their respective services while stationed in the Middle Pacific area.

Guidelines:

PACOM, COMPACFLT, COMNAVREGHI, COMNAVSURFGRU MIDPAC, COMMARFORPAC, CGFMFPAC, NAVFACPAC, COMSUBPAC, and CCGD 14 are requested to convene an awards board to select award recipients from nominations submitted by their subordinate commands, and submit awardees via email to Ms. Raquel Cloma at raquel.m.cloma.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 21 September 2026.

CNRH subordinate commands and ashore activities whose Immediate Superior in Command does not appear in paragraph 3(a) are invited to submit their completed nomination packages to CNRH Public Affairs Office no later than 21 September 2026. Nomination packages from ashore activities will be included with any nominations from CNRH subordinate commands for review and selection. Selected nomination packages will be submitted to the Honolulu Council Navy League office by 25 September 2026.

Announcement of Award Recipients. Commands listed in paragraph 3(a) may announce the names of their respective award recipients immediately, as they will know of their selection.

Grand Award Recipients. The Navy League will select the Grand Award Recipients, one officer and one enlisted person, from all the award recipients. The personal comments of commanders and commanding officers will be weighed heavily in the final judging for the Grand Award Recipients.

Awards. The Navy League will host an awards event honoring the award recipients on 12 November 2026, 1130-1330 in the Hibiscus Ballroom at the Ala Moana Hotel.
