Captain Brett A. Stevenson

Commanding Officer, Pacific Missile Range Facility

A native of Ashland, Oregon, Captain Stevenson enlisted in the Navy in 1990, serving as a Naval Aircrewman and Aviation Ordnanceman. He was commissioned through Officer Candidate School, reporting to NAS Pensacola, Florida for flight training in December 1998. He earned his Naval Flight Officer Wings in February 2000.

Commander Kacee L. Jossis

Executive Officer, Pacific Missile Range Facility

A native of Boise, Idaho, Commander Jossis graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Oceanography.   After commissioning, she completed her flight training and earned her coveted “Wings of Gold” in July 2006.  She went on to complete her initial Patrol Plane Pilot training in the P-3C Orion at Patrol Squadron THIRTY (VP-30) in Jacksonville, FL.  Upon completion of her training, she reported to the “Golden Swordsmen” of Patrol Squadron FOUR SEVEN (VP-47) in Kaneohe Bay, HI in 2007.  She deployed to the FIFTH and SEVENTH Fleets in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM. 

CMDCM William F. Kalmbach

Command Master Chief, Pacific Missile Range Facility

CMDCM Kalmbach is a native of Pearl City, Hawaii. He enlisted in the Navy in January of 2003, attended boot camp at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Illinois, completed OS “A” School in Dam Neck, Virginia Beach, Virginia and checked into his first command LPD 13, USS NASHVILLE in Norfolk, Virginia.

Mr Robert Kay

Technical Director, Pacific Missile Range Facility

Robert “Bob” Kay is a native of LaSalle, Illinois. He retired from the U.S. Navy in June, 2007, after serving 20 years as a Surface Warfare Officer. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, and while on Active Duty also earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.
