Chief Master Sergeant Haley is the Air Force Senior Enlisted Advisor for Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, and Senior Enlisted Leader, 647th Air Base Group, 15th Wing. In these roles he advises Joint Base and 647th Air Base Group leaders on all matters regarding morale, utilization, readiness, training and professional development of 2,450 joint military and civilian personnel across five squadrons and six departments. He leads joint forces supporting an installation population of 84,000 and working population of 36,000 military and civilian personnel. As a Joint Base leader, he serves a critical role in ensuring the execution of strategic air mobility, operational missions, special air missions and shore installation services in support of United States Pacific Command, Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, United States Pacific Fleet and 176 tenant commands.
Chief Haley was raised as an Army dependent, living in several overseas and stateside locations, prior to entering the Air Force in 1998. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership positions within the Squadron, Group, Tech Training MAJCOM, Air Staff, and Joint Staff. He has also served in support of Operations SOUTHERN WATCH, ENDURING FREEDOM, FREEDOM’s SENTINEL, INHERENT RESOLVE, and SPARTAN SHIELD.
Prior to this assignment, Chief Haley served as the Command Fuels Functional Manager for Pacific Air Forces, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.
