JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii – Officials from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Public Works are currently responding to a water main break at approximately 5 a.m. today along Kamehameha Highway near Pearl City. Details are still being gathered about the incident.
