2023 Administrative Consent Order (ACO) - Section 6: Drinking Water Protection
In alignment with Section 6 of the 2023 Consent Order, the Department of the Navy (DON) is taking all necessary steps towards properly operating and maintaining the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) drinking water system during the Red Hill defueling and closure processes. These efforts are essential towards safeguarding the health and the environment of all communities across Oahu.
