Where can I find contact information for Pearl Harbor or Hickam Lodging?

Does the base offer tours?

The MWR ITT office offers historical base tours of Hickam and Ford Island, and accepts reservations from 'authorized patrons.' There is a fee for MWR historical base tours, which can be found on the MWR GreatLife Hawaii website. JBPHH can make special considerations for Pearl Harbor survivors & WWII veterans. To request a tour, contact the Public Affairs office at CNRH.PAO@navy.mil. Other base tour requests can be considered on a case-by-case basis. JBPHH is an active base open to those with valid military ID and their sponsored guests.

Who do we contact to report non-working housing area fixtures? (e.g. street lights, etc.)

For Navy housing, you can request maintenance and services online through a resident portal by visiting the Forest City Military Communities Hawaii website or call (808) 839-HELP (4357).
For Air Force housing, contact Hickam Communities to make an online service request or call (808) 423-1650 for urgent requests. For all life threatening emergencies, please dial 911.

Where do we go to comment about a facility?

There is an Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) web-based tool that individuals can fill out about JBPHH facilities, which can be found here.

How do I request for Sailors to volunteer in a community event?

Contact the Command Volunteer Service Coordinator at (808) 474-6735.

Where can I find information on MWR base events?

MWR special events and other family activities can be found on the MWR Great Life Hawaii website.
