During a disaster or other emergency on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), the Emergency Management (EM) team assists in managing Emergency Public Information (EPI).

Blackberry AtHoc - Emergency Notification System: Service members can sign up to receive base related notifications and alerts. To register, please contact your leadership or the JBPHH Emergency Management Department.

To edit your email, phone numbers or to select text or voice notification options refer to this guide.
If you need to be removed from the system and you no longer work from an NMCI computer or are no longer attached to a JBPHH command/unit, email jbphh.oem@us.af.mil to have your information removed. Provide your last name, first name, MI, email and phone number associated with the account in which you currently receive notifications.
