The Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) Satellite Motor Vehicle Registration Office is a joint project between the City & County of Honolulu and Navy Region Hawaii, providing motor vehicle registration services to Oahu military personnel, their family members and civilian personnel with access to military bases.

The office is open by appointment only. No walk-in service is available. Please schedule your appointment online prior to visiting the JBPHH Motor Vehicle Registration Office.
