2023 Adminstrative Consent Order (ACO) - Section 3: Facility Maintenance and Release Detection
 

The Joint Task Force – Red Hill (JTF-RH), at the direction of the Secretary of Defense and, for purposes of the 2023 Consent Order, on behalf of Navy and DLA as parties to the Consent Order, shall continue to perform maintenance to support Red Hill defueling and prevent additional releases from the Facility.
