2023 Administrative Consent Order (ACO) - Section 4: Facility Defueling
Joint Task Force - Red Hill (JTF-RH), at the direction of the Secretary of Defense and, for purposes of the 2023 Consent Order, on behalf of the Navy and DLA as parties to the Consent Order, are responsible for defueling the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF) in alignment with all approvals and deliverables outlined in subsections 4.1 - 4.4 of the Consent Order.
